Modern presentation website built on Next.js including domain takeover, DNS, and email infrastructure.

Tisox — Corporate Website and Infrastructure Migration

The client needed a new website that would better represent their services and meet current standards — both in terms of design and performance. The project scope included not only the website itself but also the takeover of the existing domain from the previous provider, including complete management of DNS and emails.

Case study

Structured overview of the challenge, solution, and results.

Problem

Outdated Infrastructure

The original website and domain configuration were managed by an old provider, so the main challenge was not to create a website, but the process of taking over the domain DNS configuration and communication with the old provider in general. Instead of the ideal scenario of "starting from scratch," it was necessary to understand and modify the existing system without losing functionality — especially regarding email communication.

Solution

Managed Migration

I designed and created a new website in Next.js while gradually taking control of the domain and its configuration. The process included: analysis and mapping of existing DNS records secure domain transfer gradual rewriting and cleaning of the configuration setting up email routing without downtime Instead of a complete reset of the infrastructure, I opted for a managed migration that minimized risk and maintained service continuity.

Outcome

Stable System

A modern, fast website built on Next.js has been created with a fully functional and optimized backend infrastructure. The domain, DNS, and email services are now clearly manageable and ready for further development. The project demonstrates the ability to work not only with an ideal brief but also with real technical constraints.
